A miniature ceramic figurine inspired by the Disney Studios animated character Scrooge McDuck. Featuring a fabulous rendering of Scrooge with his cane holding down a dollar bill, the miniature was created by renowned California Ceramist Hagen Renaker in 1956. Hagen Renaker was licensed to produce Disney ceramics for only a short time during the late 1950s and according to Walt Disney, they produced "the finest three-dimensional reproductions of (the animated) drawings that he ever saw." Measuring 0.75"x1.5" and 1.5" tall, Scrooge is in good condition with a slight bend in his cane.
