An original production drawing from the MGM Studios animated film "Slap Happy Lion" (1947). Featuring a fantastic illustration of the Lion with firecrackers exploding in his head, the graphite drawing was created at the studio and used during the animation process. Measuring 10.5"x12.5" overall, with the character image measuring 8"x11", the drawing is in very good condition with a small stain near the top right corner, some age-related yellowing and paper discoloration, and minor edge wear including some small tearing along the top right edge.
