This is limited edition cel from the Warner Bros. Studios Chuck Jones art program titled "For Scent-Imental Reasons" (1991). This hand-painted limited edition was created in 1991 in a very small edition of only 100 pieces and features Pepe Le Pew in a perfumeria. The cel is hand-signed by Chuck Jones and is hand numbered. The overall measurements of the piece are 10.5" x 12.5" and the image of Pepe measures 6.5" x 7". The cel is in very good condition with some fading to the lithographically printed background.
