This is limited edition cel from the Warner Bros. Studios Chuck Jones art program titled "She is Shy" (1993). This hand-painted limited edition was created in 1993 in a small edition of only 500 pieces and features Pepe Le Pew holding Penelope Pussycat as she tries to escape from his grasp. The cel is hand-signed by Chuck Jones, which is slightly faded, and is hand numbered. The overall measurements of the piece are 10.5" x 12.5" and the image of Pepe and Penelope measures 6.5" x 7". The cel is in very good condition with minor paint damage in Penelope's foot and some fading to the lithographically printed background.
